RCBot2 v2.0-alpha8 Windows and Linux (dodbits mirror file) 10th April 2026

This mirrored download is a adjusted version of RCBot2 "official" download.

The official install is easy but made for TF2, HL2:DM DoD:S and others...also some configurations are for dedicated servers.

In this special download we target the DoD:S Listen Server (local PC) ONLY for Win or Linux

**** Remove other waypoints from other games
**** Provide the correct MetaMod:Source Version
**** Check for the latest dods waypoints
**** Adjust the configs for a Local PC “Listen Server”

This saves you some time.

Linux and Windows versions are in separate folders as...
* The MetaMod:Source files are different.
* The readme docs (PDF) are different.

NOTE LINUX Native users:

• The standard dod:s Linux file system is missing two critical files that stop MetaMod:Source from loading. In the Linux readme you will find a fix for that issue.
• Should you not like doing that (symlink) fix to your game file system... use Proton and the windows install files for RCBot2.
