A long time ago EZ made a voice icon that looked like a old portable radio. Guyver in the dods fourms, requested one to be made for dod:s. We could not find EZ so I made one...
Credits to EZ for his dod 1.3 icon... I just remade it for dod:s and altered it slightly, plus added all the other stuff to make it work.
